Each fillet weighs approx 3 pounds. and we only sell it as whole fillets to ensure the highest quality and experience.
Due to a huge increase in orders. our current turnaround time is 3-5 weeks.
If you select 2nd Day air at checkout we will ship it with UPS second day air. This does not include the processing time. If you need your order to arrive faster please send us an email before you place the order!
